Terms and Conditions

  • To confirm an order, a 50% advance payment of the total product value is required. The advance is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after confirmation.
  • Products are made exclusively to order according to the customer’s specifications. Products are not in stock and cannot be returned.
  • The product comes with a 24-month warranty and technical support from the delivery date. During this period, the buyer is entitled to free repair of the product and replacement of defective parts or subassemblies caused by the manufacturer.
  • The product contains electrical and mechanical components that require careful handling. Avoid mechanical shocks, moisture, liquid ingress, direct sunlight, and proximity to heat sources.
  • The dust collection filter must not be wetted. It should be cleaned by shaking and vacuuming after approximately 20–25 uses. The grid is not covered by the warranty.
  • The power strip integrated into the manicure table supports a maximum power of 500 W. Only the following equipment is permitted: electric files, UV lamps, and a maximum of two lighting lamps.
  • Do not connect heating devices such as electric radiators, fan heaters, or other equipment not listed as permitted. Overloading may cause motor burnout or system overheating. Warranty does not apply in these cases.
  • Transport is not included in the product price. After order completion, transport quotes will be requested from specialized companies and sent to the customer. The customer chooses the preferred transport option.
  • We are not responsible for any damage occurring during transport or handling at delivery. Responsibility for transport rests exclusively with the transport company.
  • The customer must check the product condition at the time of delivery before signing the receipt. By accepting and signing the delivery document, the customer confirms the product was received in proper condition.
  • After signing the delivery documents, the supplier cannot accept or resolve claims for damages occurring during transport or handling. Any subsequent claims must be addressed directly to the transport company.
  • The warranty does not cover:
  • Consumable parts such as filters or grids
  • Malfunctions caused by electrical overload, power interruptions, or incorrect connection to the electrical network
  • In case of abnormal equipment operation, the supplier must be informed as soon as possible to identify the problem. Unauthorized persons are prohibited from intervening on the product.
  • Production lead times are communicated per model. Production duration may vary depending on the availability of materials in the suppliers’ stock.
