My story
Hi, I'm Ionela Ursulescu (Frumosu)
I've been working in the beauty industry since 2018. That's when I took my first manicure course. Since then, I've been constantly choosing to evolve and perfect my technique.
In 2019, I became a trainer. I took this step because the people around me wanted to learn exactly what I apply daily in the salon.
I've constantly invested in courses and practical experience. Today, I teach modern, clear and applicable techniques. I've trained and mentored hundreds of students who work and develop their own careers.
I hold group courses, LEVEL 1 for beginners and LEVEL 2 for advanced, as well as private improvement courses. I explain each step simply and logically, so that you understand what you have to do.
In 2023, I founded Ionela Ursulescu Nail Academy and YONI Salon & Academy. I created a space where you learn correctly and work to high standards.
Also in 2023, I launched my soul brand No Dust Nails System. 🤍 I started from the need for a clean and organized workspace. I wanted a safe solution for dust control, ergonomics and organization. I created tables designed from real salon experience, for less dust, correct posture and efficiency in everyday work.
This is my direction. Performance, clarity and high standards.
The brand story
No Dust Nails System started from a difficult moment.
I lost 8000 lei. It was an advance payment for a kitchen furniture that was never delivered.
I felt frustration, anger and fatigue after 12–14 hour work days.
We chose not to stay there. Together with my husband, Ovidiu Laurențiu Frumosu, we decided to start on a new path.
We turned the loss into a beginning. We decided to build new. Correctly. Controlled. Without compromises.
We started from scratch. We tested. We made mistakes. We adjusted.
We built each table based on real work in the salon. We optimized suction, ergonomics and organization. We eliminated what didn't work.
That's how No Dust Nails System was born.
